Mount the PocketPC on your bike
  Mount Otterbox on bike
  Adjust Otterbox to your preference
  Insert PocketPC into Otterbox
  Close the lid...

Start Motovator
  Click the Start-button
  Find and click Motovator in the list
  Motovator is starting...
  Motovator is ready to obey your command!
New track Revisiting track
Create a new track
  Click the Track-button
  Click the New-button and name the track
  Click the Save-button to save the name of the new track
  Click the Select-button to pick the new track and return to the main screen
Just select the track
  Click the Track-button
  Select the track in the list and click the Select-button

Tip
If you forget to select the correct track, Motovator will automatically select it for you, when you start a session!
Start session
  Click the Start Session-button
  Wait a few seconds while the GPS Device is started
  Wait until GPS Device has connected to enough satellites to establish your position
  Motovator is ready to go!
  Tap the screen to bring up the menu. Click the Start-button to start the clock.
  Clock is ticking. What are you waiting for? Go racing!

Tip
If you forget to start the clock, Motovator will automatically start it when you pass the first split!
Set splits while driving
  Tap the screen to bring up the menu
  Click the Set Split-button to mark the current location as a split position
 
Receive feedback on your performance while driving
  Your session has lasted for nearly two minutes, your last lap time was 49.9 and your last split time was 0.8 seconds slower than the previous best for that section...
  You are 3 minutes and 20 seconds into your session, your last lap time was 49.8 and your last split time was 0.1 seconds faster than the previous best for that section - way to go!

Tip
The screen is fully customizable. You can choose between different layouts, control what information is displayed to you - and when!
Stop session
  Tap the screen to bring up the menu
  Click the Stop-button
  Confirm that you really wish to stop session by clicking the Really?-button
  Motovator saves all your locations, split and lap times...
Analyze
  Click the Analyze-button
  The Overview-tab gives a brief summary of your session, including duration, distance and best/worst/average lap times
  The Details-tab lists all split and lap times for that particular session, including how much better/worse the individual split times were, compared to the best in the session
  Click the Replay-button to see a graphical replay of your session. It will take a few seconds to draw the map...
  Within the session replay, you can move back and forward in time, zoom in and manipulate split positions

Tip
There is a bunch of advanced analyze features, such as comparision with previously sessions, graphical replay of all trails through a section simultaneously, modification and recalculation of splits and so on. Please visit the features page for more information!
