  Remove the barpad
Place the handlebar mount midway between clamps, with ball pointing towards seat, and tighten nuts
Mark bolts app. 10 mm out, dismount and cut bolts
Remount and add plastic caps to bolt ends
Press handlebar pad as far down as possible and mark where to cut foam
Cut foam, remount handlebar pad and test for fit. Continue to cut foam until it sits correctly.

Plastic cover might also need one or more alterations...
Place mount inside Otterbox and mark where to drill holes
  Drill holes for bolts
Insert washer and bolt into holes
Add mount to back of Otterbox and tighten nuts
Use connector to attach Otterbox to handlebar mount. Do not tighten connector yet...
  Position Otterbox to your preference
  Tighten connector
Insert one or more foam plates in bottom of Otterbox, so the PocketPC will be protected from bolts and kept in place
Make sure the PocketPC is centred and none of the buttons are pressed by the Otterbox
Close the lid - gently! It should keep the PocketPC in place - but not squeeze the guts out of it...
  Done! Start Motovator...
